تحفظ بعض الأدوات بيانات داخل متصفحك لإعادة استخدامها: الأدوات المستخدمة مؤخرًا، والوضع الفاتح/الداكن، وتقويم العائلة، والملاحظات، ومسودات السيرة الذاتية، وبطاقات التذكّر. لا تُرسَل هذه البيانات إلينا؛ ويمكنك حذفها مباشرة من الأداة أو بمسح بيانات الموقع من إعدادات المتصفح.
اعرف أين تعالج كل أداة بياناتهالا نبيع البيانات الشخصية ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية. ولا نقدّم البيانات إلا للجهات الحكومية المختصة عندما يقتضي القانون ذلك.
When you use the AI assistant, content is sent to the AI provider you chose, with your key. How that provider handles the data is governed by the terms between you and them.
تستثنى أداة تحويل التسجيل الصوتي إلى نص، إذ تستخدم خدمة التعرّف على الكلام المدمجة في المتصفح. يرسل المتصفح الصوت إلى مزوّده (مثل Google في Chrome)، وقد يُعالَج خارج البلاد وفق سياساته، ولا يمرّ عبر خوادمنا.
وفقًا لقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية، يحق لك:
Send your request to contact@lpc.vn. If you have an account, you can view it, change your display name and delete it yourself on the Account page. For feedback sent without signing in, include the receipt code so we can find the right content.
نؤكد استلام الطلب خلال يومَي عمل، ونعالجه ضمن المدة التي يحددها القانون، وبحد أقصى 20 يومًا.
You can delete your account on the Account page by typing your email again. We delete your email, sessions, Pro plan, saved items, source-check history, suggestion drafts, and your AI assistant and AI key on the assistant server.
Suggestions you already sent are kept because they may have been published, but they are no longer linked to you. We keep only a record that a deletion happened, by account id and without the email.
Open the Account pageChuyện Nhỏ does not collect information to identify children. Children who want to send feedback or create an account need the consent of a parent or guardian, as required by law.
يعمل الموقع عبر اتصال مشفّر HTTPS. تُقلَّص البيانات المستلمة إلى الحد الأدنى وتُجزَّأ (hash) متى أمكن. لا يوجد نظام آمن تمامًا؛ وإذا وقع حادث يمسّ البيانات الشخصية، فسنُبلغ عنه وفقًا للقانون.
عند تغيّر السياسة، نحدّث التاريخ أعلى الصفحة ونعلن على الموقع عن التغييرات المهمة.
