A free service

Chuyện Nhỏ provides free tools for documents, images, calculations and everyday utilities that run right in your browser, with no sign-up.

You can create an account with your email to follow the suggestions you send. The Pro plan (paid, price on request) adds an AI assistant that runs on your own AI key and saving results to your account; the Pro end date is shown on your Account page.

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any tool at any time. Tools marked “Coming soon” are plans that may change or never launch.

Your files and content

You keep full rights to your files and content. The free tools process files right on your device; we do not receive or store your files. Only when you use the AI assistant (Pro) and choose to send content or attach images is that content sent on, as described in the Privacy policy.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use and edit the files you put into the tools, and for keeping your own originals before processing.

Accounts and the Pro plan

• Use a password of its own for Chuyện Nhỏ and keep the account mailbox safe: anyone who can read the confirmation code in it can reset the password.
• The AI key is yours: the provider charges you directly for AI calls under its own terms. You can remove the key at any time.
• AI answers can be wrong. Suggestion drafts written by the AI are sent only when you pick and confirm them, and still go through human review before becoming official data.
• When Pro ends, the AI assistant stops and saved items become read-only for 90 days, then are deleted, with an email at least 7 days before. Renew within that time and everything stays.
• We may suspend an account or its AI assistant if there are signs of abuse or a breach of these terms.
• You can delete your account yourself from the Account page.

Results are for reference only

Some tools produce figures or conclusions based on the data you enter and common conventions, for example:

• House construction cost estimates, salary and electricity bill calculations: these do not replace official quotes, payslips or invoices.
• House orientation and readings by age: for reference according to folk feng shui, not technical conclusions.
• Text recognition (OCR), address conversion and regulation lookups: may contain errors and should be checked against the original documents.

What you must not do

• Use the tools for unlawful purposes, such as forging documents or creating fraudulent QR codes.
• Remove passwords from, or edit, files you have no rights to.
• Send automated bulk requests, scan, attack or disrupt the system.
• Submit content through the feedback feature that breaks the law, insults others or contains other people's personal information.

Feedback and suggestions

When you send feedback or a suggestion, you agree that we may use the idea to improve the product without any obligation to pay. Approved suggestions may be shown publicly on the suggestions page. Please do not include personal information in what you send.

Intellectual property

The name, logo, interface and source code of Chuyện Nhỏ belong to ERPCons & LPC. Bundled open-source libraries are governed by their own licenses.

External links

The site links to ERPCons, TekShot AI and other sites. The content and policies of those sites are the responsibility of their respective operators.

Limitation of liability

The tools are provided free of charge, as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the tools' results or from the tools being temporarily unavailable.

These terms do not exclude any rights you have under consumer protection law.

Privacy

How we handle data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The update date is shown at the top of the page; important changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will preferably be resolved through negotiation; failing that, they will be brought before the competent authority as prescribed by law.
