Yes. Every tool that's live is free, with unlimited use and no account needed. When a team needs long-term storage, sharing and approval of documents, ERPCons is the paid product for that.

No. Open the site, pick a tool and use it right away. Chuyện Nhỏ has no sign-up and never asks for your name, email or phone number.

No. The PDFs, images and videos you open stay in your browser tab and are processed right on your device. We never receive your files. When you close the tab, the files are gone from the browser; results exist only when you download them.

Some upcoming tools need large or constantly updated data, such as construction prices or zoning, so they have to look things up on a server. Their cards say so clearly so you know in advance. All the tools available now process data on your device.

Open Chuyện Nhỏ in Chrome (Android) or Safari (iPhone, iPad), then choose “Add to Home Screen”. On a computer, click the install icon in the Chrome or Edge address bar.

After the first visit with a connection, your browser caches the site and the tools' code, so they usually still open when your connection is spotty. Heavy parts such as text recognition or video processing are downloaded on first use, so try them once while you're online.

Reload the page and use an up-to-date Chrome, Edge or Safari. Files that are too large or password-protected can also stop a tool; the tool will tell you why right on the screen. If it still fails, email contact@lpc.vn with the tool name, the browser you use and a description of the error.

The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and has no third-party advertising or tracking tools; the only cookie is your sign-in session once you sign in. The free tools never send your files anywhere.

Almost none. When you open a tool, your browser reports the tool name so we can count total usage; your IP address is only one-way hashed to prevent automated submissions and is deleted automatically after about 1 hour. Feedback is sent only when you tick consent and press Send.

Data you save in the tools (Family Calendar, notes, CV drafts, flashcards) lives on your device: delete it inside the tool, or clear site data in your browser settings. To delete feedback you've sent, email contact@lpc.vn with the receipt code.

No. We don't sell data or share it for advertising. The only exception is the Speech to text tool, which uses the browser's own speech recognition, so the audio goes to the browser provider (for example, Google for Chrome), not through our servers.
