使用條款

These terms apply when you use Chuyện Nhỏ, operated by ERPCons & LPC (“we”): the free tools, accounts and the Pro plan. By using the site, you agree to the terms below.

The parts about accounts, the Pro plan, the AI assistant and account deletion are an update awaiting legal review and may still change.

  • The tools are free with no account needed; accounts and the Pro plan are optional.
  • 你的檔案仍屬於你，並在你的裝置上處理。
  • 計算結果僅供參考，使用前請先核對。
  • 不得利用工具從事違法行為。

  1. 免費服務

    Chuyện Nhỏ 免費提供文件處理、影像處理、計算和日常實用工具，直接在瀏覽器中執行，無需註冊。

    You can create an account with your email to follow the suggestions you send. The Pro plan (paid, price on request) adds an AI assistant that runs on your own AI key and saving results to your account; the Pro end date is shown on your Account page.

    我們可能隨時新增、修改、暫停或停止某項工具。標示「即將推出」的工具僅為規劃，可能變更或不會推出。

  2. 你的檔案與內容

    You keep full rights to your files and content. The free tools process files right on your device; we do not receive or store your files. Only when you use the AI assistant (Pro) and choose to send content or attach images is that content sent on, as described in the Privacy policy.

    你有責任確保自己有權使用、編輯放入工具的檔案，並在處理前自行保留原始檔。

  3. Accounts and the Pro plan

    • Use a password of its own for Chuyện Nhỏ and keep the account mailbox safe: anyone who can read the confirmation code in it can reset the password.
    • The AI key is yours: the provider charges you directly for AI calls under its own terms. You can remove the key at any time.
    • AI answers can be wrong. Suggestion drafts written by the AI are sent only when you pick and confirm them, and still go through human review before becoming official data.
    • When Pro ends, the AI assistant stops and saved items become read-only for 90 days, then are deleted, with an email at least 7 days before. Renew within that time and everything stays.
    • We may suspend an account or its AI assistant if there are signs of abuse or a breach of these terms.
    • You can delete your account yourself from the Account page.

  4. 結果僅供參考

    部分工具會根據你輸入的資料和一般慣例提供數字或結論，例如：

    • 建屋費用概算、薪資計算、電費計算：不能取代正式的報價、薪資表或發票。
    • 房屋座向及依年齡推算的部分：依民間風水供參考，並非技術結論。
    • 文字辨識（OCR）、地址轉換、法規查詢：可能有誤，需對照原始文件再次檢查。

  5. 禁止行為

    • 將工具用於違法目的，例如偽造文件、製作詐騙用的 QR 碼。
    • 移除你無權處理之檔案的密碼，或編輯此類檔案。
    • 大量自動傳送、掃描探測、攻擊或干擾系統運作。
    • 透過意見回饋功能傳送違法內容、冒犯他人的內容，或含有他人個人資訊的內容。

  6. 意見與建議

    當你送出意見或建議時，即同意我們使用該構想改進產品，且不因此產生付費義務。經核准的建議可能會公開顯示於建議頁面。請勿在送出的內容中填寫個人資訊。

  7. 智慧財產權

    Chuyện Nhỏ 的名稱、標誌、介面和原始碼屬於 ERPCons & LPC。隨附的開放原始碼函式庫依其各自的授權條款使用。

  8. 外部連結

    本網站含有連往 ERPCons、TekShot AI 及其他網站的連結。這些網站的內容與政策由各自的營運方負責。

  9. 責任限制

    工具按現狀免費提供。在法律允許的範圍內，對於因使用工具結果，或因工具暫時無法運作所產生的損害，我們不負擔責任。

    本條款不排除消費者權益保護相關法律賦予你的權利。

  11. 條款變更

    我們可能會更新條款。更新日期標示於頁面頂端；重要變更將在網站上公告。更新後繼續使用，即表示你同意新版本。

  12. 準據法

    本條款受越南法律管轄。爭議應優先以協商方式解決；協商不成時，將依規定提交有管轄權的機關處理。
