我們是誰

Chuyện Nhỏ 由 ERPCons & LPC 營運，並為透過本網站處理之個人資料的控制者。個人資料相關聯絡方式：contact@lpc.vn。

我們的原則

• On-device processing: the free tools do not upload your files to a server.
• 最少化：只處理營運和防止濫用所需的資料。
• Accounts are optional: the tools need no name, email or phone number. We only learn your email when you choose to sign in.
• No third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools. The only cookie is the sign-in session cookie, set only when you sign in.

我們處理的資料及目的

• 工具開啟次數：工具名稱和時間，用於計算總使用次數。只儲存彙總計數，不與使用者連結。
• IP 位址：以祕密金鑰進行單向雜湊，僅用於限制自動化傳送，約 1 小時後自動刪除。
• 意見、建議內容：僅在你勾選同意並按下「送出」時，用於審閱及改進工具。收據編號只以雜湊形式儲存。
• 網頁伺服器的技術日誌（IP 位址、瀏覽器類型、開啟的頁面）：僅用於系統營運與安全，保存期間以必要的短時間為限。

If you have an account

• Email: to sign in, to send confirmation codes when you create an account or forget the password, and for account emails (Pro ending soon, saved items about to be deleted). Never used for advertising.
• Password: only a one-way hash is stored (scrypt, with a salt per account); nobody, administrators included, can read the original password back.
• Sign-in session: the cn_session cookie (HttpOnly, used only to keep you signed in); the server keeps a hash of the session with when it was created and last used.
• Display name and whether to credit you on published suggestions, only if you fill them in.
• Suggestions sent while signed in are linked to your account so you can follow their status and add sources.
• Pro plan: start date, end date and the history of grants and withdrawals.

AI assistant and storage (Pro)

This applies only when you use the Pro plan and turn these features on yourself:

• The AI key you enter is passed straight to the assistant server (GoClaw) that we operate and stored there encrypted. The Chuyện Nhỏ database keeps only the provider type, model and status, never the key.
• Conversations, tool results you attach for a source check and images you attach are sent to the AI provider you chose (for example OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, OpenRouter) and may be processed abroad under their policies. Chat history is kept on the assistant server so you can reopen it.
• So the assistant can remember context, the assistant server may summarise finished conversations with an AI model we configure, not with your key.
• Attached images are stored briefly on the Chuyện Nhỏ server so the assistant server can download them once; the temporary copy is deleted right after sending, at the latest after 7 days.
• Source-check history: the tool, the time and the state of the suggestion draft. Questions are not stored.
• Saved items: figures you choose to save in some tools, and your favourite tools.

儲存在你裝置上的資料

部分工具會將資料直接儲存在你的瀏覽器中以便再次使用：最近使用的工具、淺色／深色模式、家庭行事曆、筆記、履歷草稿、記憶卡。這些資料不會傳送給我們；你可以直接在工具中刪除，或在瀏覽器設定中清除網站資料。

與第三方分享

我們不會出售個人資料，也不會為廣告目的分享個人資料。只有在法律要求時，我們才會將資料提供給有權限的政府機關。

When you use the AI assistant, content is sent to the AI provider you chose, with your key. How that provider handles the data is governed by the terms between you and them.

唯「錄音轉文字」工具使用瀏覽器內建的語音辨識服務。音訊由瀏覽器傳送給該瀏覽器的供應商（例如 Chrome 為 Google），可能依其政策在境外處理，且不會經過我們的伺服器。

保存期間

• IP 位址雜湊值：約 1 小時。
• 使用次數：以彙總統計形式保存，不含個人資料。
• 意見、建議：保存至審閱與追蹤所需的期間，或直到你要求刪除為止。
• Account: until you delete it. A sign-in session expires after 30 days without use (staff accounts: 12 hours).
• Saved items: while you have Pro; after Pro ends they stay read-only for 90 days and are then deleted, with an email at least 7 days before.
• Images attached for the AI assistant: deleted right after sending, at the latest after 7 days.
• Emails we send you: the content (including confirmation codes) is removed from the queue as soon as it is sent; only the recipient, the type of email and the delivery status are kept.

你的權利

依據《個人資料保護法》，你有權：

• 得知自己個人資料的處理情形。
• 同意或撤回同意。
• 查閱、更正、要求刪除或限制處理資料。
• 依法提出申訴、檢舉或訴訟。
• 要求有權限的機關保護你的個人資料權利。

如何行使權利

Send your request to contact@lpc.vn. If you have an account, you can view it, change your display name and delete it yourself on the Account page. For feedback sent without signing in, include the receipt code so we can find the right content.

我們會在 2 個工作天內確認收到請求，並在法律規定的期限內處理，最遲不超過 20 天。

Deleting your account

You can delete your account on the Account page by typing your email again. We delete your email, sessions, Pro plan, saved items, source-check history, suggestion drafts, and your AI assistant and AI key on the assistant server.

Suggestions you already sent are kept because they may have been published, but they are no longer linked to you. We keep only a record that a deletion happened, by account id and without the email.

兒童

Chuyện Nhỏ does not collect information to identify children. Children who want to send feedback or create an account need the consent of a parent or guardian, as required by law.

資訊安全

本網站透過 HTTPS 加密連線運作。收到的資料會盡量最少化，並在可行時進行雜湊處理。沒有任何系統是絕對安全的；如發生影響個人資料的事件，我們將依法律規定進行通知。

政策變更

政策變更時，我們會更新頁面頂端的日期，並就重要變更在網站上公告。
