Steps
- Create a QR codeOpen QR code generator and choose a “Code type”: link, text, Wi-Fi, phone number, email or business card. The code redraws instantly as you type.
- Choose colors and downloadChoose colors under “QR code color”, then press “Download QR code” for a PNG image, or “Download SVG for printing” for a crisp print version.
- Create a barcodeOpen Barcode generator, choose a type (Code 128, Code 39, EAN-13, EAN-8, ITF-14) and enter the “Value”. Need many codes: choose “Batch” and load a CSV or Excel file, up to 500 rows.
- Scan codesOpen QR / barcode reader, choose an image with a code, paste an image with Ctrl+V, or press “Scan with camera”. Codes are read automatically, no button needed.
- Use the resultPress “Copy”, open the link, or “Copy password” for Wi-Fi codes.
Tips
- A Wi-Fi QR code at the counter: guests scan it to connect, no need to read out the password.
- Printing small barcodes: print one test label before printing the whole batch.
- When scanning EAN codes, the tool also checks the last digit to catch misprinted codes.
Good to know
- EAN and ITF-14 numbers for retail goods must be issued by GS1 Vietnam.
- Check links carefully before opening them: anyone can print a QR code and stick it over a real one.
- WPA Wi-Fi passwords need at least 8 characters.
